Responsibilities
- Station yourself at high‑traffic malls or electronic stores to actively promote the PayLater product to prospective customers.
- Explain the benefits of installment purchases without a credit card, guiding shoppers through the application process and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the latest electronic gadgets, smartphones, and accessories to tailor recommendations to each customer’s needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting foot traffic into qualified PayLater users.
- Collaborate with store managers and inventory teams to ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly and replenished as needed.
- Collect and submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to help refine marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional post‑sale support, assisting customers with any follow‑up queries related to their installment plans.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including evenings and weekends, while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product updates, sales techniques, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, persuasive demeanor.

- Flexibility to work six days a week with one weekday off, covering shifts from 09:00 to 22:00.
