Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, handle requests, and resolve complaints related to Telkomsel services for all customers visiting the GraPARI outlet.
- Log customer inquiries and issues in the designated Telkomsel application, ensuring each interaction is documented with clear details and follow‑up actions.
- Escalate unresolved problems via the Cookies ticketing system or other approved channels to the appropriate functional teams, maintaining timely communication throughout the process.
- Support Service Operations by monitoring service quality metrics, assisting with routine system checks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify sales opportunities during service interactions, promote relevant Telkomsel products, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including technical support, marketing, and management—to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Telkomsel’s product portfolio, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed guidance to customers.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance communication skills, analytical capabilities, and multitasking efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Residency: Must be willing to reside at the assigned location in Cianjur.
- Customer Orientation: Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Communication: Clear, articulate verbal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and functional English; ability to interact confidently with customers, teammates, and management.
- Teamwork & Independence: Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
