Responsibilities
- Monitor live game sessions across multiple platforms to detect and resolve technical issues in real time.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to players via chat, email, and voice calls, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and guiding them through game mechanics.
- Maintain accurate records of player interactions, incident reports, and resolution steps using internal administrative tools.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to relay feedback, identify recurring bugs, and suggest enhancements that improve gameplay stability.
- Conduct routine checks on server performance, latency, and in‑game economies to ensure a balanced and enjoyable environment.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new operators, sharing best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in shift handovers, documenting outstanding issues and priorities for the next team.
- Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy, security, and responsible gaming standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Age: Applicants of any age are welcome; no upper age limit.

- Language Skills: Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with an international player base.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; a willingness to learn and a passion for gaming are essential.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak gaming events.
