Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty teas, following standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to local health regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment with precision, performing routine calibrations and minor troubleshooting when needed.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders, answering product questions, and recommending menu items based on individual preferences.
- Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and ancillary supplies, notifying the manager of low stock and assisting with weekly deliveries.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of food orders, ensuring seamless service during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions, staying updated on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Uphold the café’s brand standards by presenting a polished appearance, adhering to the dress code, and consistently demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2‑3 years of proven experience in the F&B industry, specifically in a restaurant or café setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art.
- Strong time‑management abilities and a reputation for punctuality.
- High integrity, professional work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Male candidate who practices Islam and consistently observes the five daily prayers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact courteously with a diverse clientele.
- Team‑player mindset, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional weekend shifts during peak periods.
