Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Penjualan dan Pemasaran to lead our sales and marketing initiatives in Surabaya. This senior‑level position reports directly to the Commercial Director and plays a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory of our education‑focused business. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with proven leadership skills to drive revenue, expand market share, and nurture strategic partnerships with schools, teachers, and educational influencers.
The role is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be based in Surabaya or willing to relocate, and must meet the minimum educational and experience criteria outlined below.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with corporate targets and market realities.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary sales & marketing team, ensuring continuous performance improvement through coaching and regular feedback.
- Analyze market and sales data to uncover emerging opportunities, forecast demand, and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee goal attainment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—including schools, educators, parents, and external partners—to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic collaborations with educational institutions, community organizations, and influential thought leaders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes in the education sector, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with product development, customer support, and finance to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended adjustments.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably with prior team‑leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and implement effective marketing and sales strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with a track record of motivating teams to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to translate consumer insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of adaptability, creativity, and problem‑solving orientation.
- Residency in Surabaya or willingness to relocate.
