Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manajer Koleksi Produk Meja to join our growing finance operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely loan repayments, maintaining strong customer relationships, and safeguarding the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen analytical mind, and a proven ability to meet and exceed collection targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers via telephone, SMS, or email to remind them of upcoming or overdue loan payments.
- Answer inbound inquiries regarding payment methods, billing cycles, and collection procedures with clear and accurate information.
- Explain company payment policies, terms and conditions, and provide guidance on how customers can fulfill their obligations.
- Analyze payment data to identify trends, high‑risk accounts, and recurring delinquency patterns.
- Educate customers who are behind on payments about restructuring options, repayment plans, and financial literacy resources.
- Negotiate settlements, deferments, or payment extensions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date records for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance, legal, and risk management teams to resolve disputes, process refunds, and handle escalations.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
- Continuously improve collection strategies by staying informed about industry best practices, new payment technologies, and changes in consumer protection laws.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; any field of study accepted.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related financial role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation ability and a calm, persuasive demeanor when dealing with difficult conversations.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret payment data, identify root causes of delinquencies, and propose corrective actions.
- Goal‑oriented attitude with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing collection targets.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data‑entry tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
