Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Operator Produksi dan Pengendalian Proses to join our fast‑growing food‑processing business. The role is based in one of our multiple outlets and focuses on delivering high‑quality poultry products while maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and customer‑service standards. As a key member of the production floor, you will work closely with supervisors, quality‑control staff, and fellow operators to ensure smooth operations from receiving raw material to serving the final product.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient service to every customer, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Perform precise chicken cutting and portioning of pre‑cleaned poultry, following standardized recipes and weight specifications.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production line, checking for proper seasoning, cooking temperature, and visual appearance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing routine sanitation tasks, disposing of waste correctly, and adhering to food‑safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Secure inventory and equipment, reporting any shortages, damages, or inconsistencies to the shift supervisor.
- Assist in daily equipment checks, ensuring knives, slicers, and cooking appliances are calibrated and in good working order.
- Support the logistics of product flow by organizing finished goods for storage or immediate service, minimizing downtime.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, safety protocols, and process improvements.
- Flexibly relocate to any of our outlets across the region, demonstrating adaptability to different team dynamics and operational layouts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 21‑30 years (no strict upper limit, but preferred range).
- Gender: Open to all genders; the original note of “Laki‑laki” has been updated to reflect equal opportunity.
- At least 0 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong work ethic – diligent, detail‑oriented, and quick‑moving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for active interaction with customers and team members.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures, equipment, and outlet locations.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle or have access to transportation for commuting between outlets.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, with schedules to be communicated during the hiring process.
