Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Financial Advisor – Senior Corporate to join our expanding team in the Riau region. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the bank’s micro‑credit division and a diverse portfolio of small‑to‑medium enterprises (SMEs) and individual borrowers across Ujung Batu, Bagan Batu, Bagan Siapi‑Api, Siak, Air Molek, and Taluk Kuantan. The successful candidate will combine strong sales instincts with a genuine commitment to financial inclusion, helping customers secure the financing they need while ensuring rigorous credit monitoring and compliance with OJK regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers, establishing trust and identifying financing needs.
- Present tailored micro‑credit solutions, clearly explaining terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and required documentation.
- Develop and submit detailed credit proposals, collaborating with underwriting teams to expedite approval processes.
- Monitor loan performance post‑disbursement, performing periodic reviews to ensure timely repayments and identifying early signs of delinquency.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing professional resolutions that uphold the bank’s reputation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and credit monitoring reports in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the branch’s overall growth objectives.
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory updates to advise clients effectively.
- Participate in community outreach programs and financial literacy workshops to promote responsible borrowing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including risk, compliance, and operations—to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in micro‑sales, banking leasing, or insurance sales.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively across the assigned territories.
- Demonstrated ability to work under performance targets and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to submit an OJK SLIK (Sistem Layanan Informasi Keuangan) report for background verification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients of varying backgrounds.
- Analytical mindset to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Open to flexible placement in any of the following locations: Ujung Batu, Bagan Batu, Bagan Siapi‑Api, Siak, Air Molek, Taluk Kuantan.
