We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency based in Indonesia, focused on creating impactful brand experiences through strategic collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers. To strengthen our client portfolio and expand our market reach, we are seeking a highly motivated Spesialis Pengelolaan KOL & Kolaborasi Merek who can blend analytical insight with creative partnership building.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOLs that align with client brand values and target audiences.
- Conduct comprehensive KOL research, including audience demographics, engagement metrics, and past campaign performance.
- Develop and present detailed collaboration proposals, outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget considerations.
- Lead negotiations with KOLs and their representatives to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong, long‑term relationships.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including creative, content, and performance marketing—to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
- Monitor active collaborations, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate post‑campaign reports that highlight ROI and actionable insights.
- Manage social media channels to amplify campaign reach, engage audiences, and respond to community feedback in real time.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging KOL talent to keep the agency’s offerings cutting‑edge.
- Maintain an organized database of KOL contacts, contracts, and performance histories for quick reference and strategic planning.
- Support the sales team by providing expert guidance during client pitch meetings and helping shape customized influencer strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Age: 22 years or older; no upper age limit.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on influencer or KOL management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, demonstrated through successful partnership agreements.
- Proficiency in researching KOL metrics and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
- Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Willingness to work on‑site (WFO) from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
