Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and marketplace chat tools, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Process orders, manage inventory updates, and coordinate shipment tracking to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Monitor and update product listings on Tokopedia, Shopee, and other platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and stock levels.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting key metrics such as response time, order fulfillment rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist the marketing team by creating engaging social‑media content and responding to comments, thereby increasing brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for invoices, receipts, and correspondence, adhering to company data‑security policies.
- Conduct regular typing speed tests and continuously improve typing efficiency to exceed the minimum benchmark of 60 KPM.
- Collaborate with the logistics and finance departments to resolve order discrepancies, refunds, and payment issues.
- Provide after‑sales support, handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims with a focus on customer retention.
- Participate in occasional overtime or weekend shifts to meet peak‑season demand, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in online customer service or e‑commerce administration.
- Female candidates residing in Sidoarjo or nearby districts, with personal transportation and a valid SIM C.
- Typing speed of 60 KPM or higher (candidates are encouraged to test at 10FastFingers).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Word.
- Working knowledge of major marketplace platforms – Tokopedia and Shopee – including order management and seller tools.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, with strong grammar and punctuation skills.
- Highly communicative, personable, and comfortable using social media and instant messaging apps.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic; willingness to work overtime and handle high‑pressure situations.
