Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned parcels from the warehouse or partner stores and transport them using a motorbike to the designated delivery address.
- Verify that each package is sealed, correctly labeled, and in perfect condition before departure.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS (Google Maps or the company’s routing app) to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Deliver items directly to recipients, obtain signatures or digital confirmations, and ensure proper hand‑over according to company SOPs.
- Report any delivery obstacles—such as traffic congestion, road closures, or recipient unavailability—through the mobile app in real time.
- Maintain a clean and well‑maintained motorcycle, including routine checks of tires, brakes, and fuel levels.
- Assist with basic inventory checks at the end of each shift, confirming that all delivered and undelivered items are accurately logged.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, answering basic queries and escalating complex issues to the dispatch team.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on safety, app usage, and service standards.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or an equivalent level.
- Valid Indonesian driving licence for motorcycles (SIM C) and an active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own an Android smartphone that meets the minimum operating system requirements for the company’s delivery application.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings, in accordance with our professional appearance standards.
- Basic proficiency with Google Maps or similar navigation tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently under time‑critical conditions.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with customers and the dispatch team.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of parcels of varying sizes throughout the shift.
