This full‑time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with prior retail experience who thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately using the store’s POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and financial controls.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance sales.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing reports for the store manager.
- Assist with inventory counts, shelf stocking, and product placement during quieter periods.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies, suspicious activities, or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
- Collaborate closely with sales associates, floor managers, and back‑office staff to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in regular training sessions on customer service excellence, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
- Uphold the store’s brand standards by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Either fresh graduate or at least 0 years of relevant retail experience.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Residency in Banjarmasin or surrounding areas (domicile required).
- Familiarity with basic cashier systems and willingness to learn advanced POS software.
