Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Penagihan to join our growing team at our Tangerang branch. The role is pivotal in ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining healthy cash flow, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail‑oriented, possess strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while interacting directly with customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct regular follow‑up calls and visits to customers with overdue payments.
- Prepare and send billing statements, reminders, and collection notices in a professional manner.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while adhering to company policies and credit terms.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, updating the financial system promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to resolve billing disputes and address customer inquiries.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, providing status reports to supervisors.
- Assist in preparing periodic aging reports and analysis for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements related to debt collection.
- Utilize company‑provided software and tools to track communication logs and payment histories.
- Support ad‑hoc projects such as process improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of relevant experience are eligible.
- Transportation: Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C.
- Residence: Must live within a reasonable distance from the Tangerang branch to ensure punctuality.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional Conduct: Must not be a former employee of FIF (Bukan EX FIF) to maintain impartiality.
- Availability: Able to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (exact working days will be communicated later).
