We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Partner – Solok dan Kabupaten Solok to join our rapidly expanding sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a high school diploma who are eager to launch a career in field marketing and business development. As a Business Partner, you will act as the face of our brand in the Solok region, building relationships with local merchants, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting customers throughout the purchase journey.

Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site market visits across Solok and Kabupaten Solok to promote our product portfolio.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into active customers.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to merchants and end‑users.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional events and campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on quotations, orders, and after‑sales service requests.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Male or female applicants, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; maximum education: S1.
- Possession of a personal motorbike and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset and a willingness to work independently in the field.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Flexibility to work a Monday‑Friday schedule (08:00 – 19:00) and travel within the assigned territory.
- Readiness to commit to an initial 12‑month contract, with the prospect of permanent employment.
