As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, delivering personalized consultations, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative treatment recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through active outreach, social media channels, and in‑store events to promote beauty and wellness treatments.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships by providing follow‑up support, scheduling appointments, and delivering post‑treatment care instructions.
- Conduct comprehensive beauty consultations, assess client needs, and recommend suitable products or services while addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by upselling treatments, retail products, and membership packages.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product development, and store management—to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and advanced sales techniques.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activity to help shape future product offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma or degree in any field is also acceptable.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the beauty, fitness, or makeup industry, preferably in a sales or advisory capacity.
- Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or salon environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple client appointments and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional weekend events or promotional activities.
