Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Order Collection Officer (TO) to join our dynamic team in the Nganjuk area. This role is essential for driving revenue growth by securing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the region. Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
- Collect and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured in the company’s order management system.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to nurture relationships, address concerns, and upsell additional products or services.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to schedule timely deliveries and resolve any dispatch issues.
- Conduct market visits and gather competitive intelligence to inform pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by employing effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
- Utilize a personal Android smartphone (minimum 4 GB RAM) for CRM updates, navigation, and real‑time communication with the office.
- Travel extensively across the Nganjuk region, including occasional out‑of‑town assignments, using a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Provide on‑site support during product demonstrations, trade shows, and promotional events as needed.
Requirements
- Residency in or near the Nganjuk area with a willingness to cover the designated sales zone.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, field marketing, or order collection (fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset and a results‑driven work ethic.
- Possession of a personal Android smartphone (minimum 4 GB RAM) for business use.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a motorbike for daily travel.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and willingness to undertake occasional out‑of‑city missions.
- Good knowledge of the local market, geography, and cultural nuances that affect buying behavior.
- Proficiency in basic business communication, competitive analysis, and sales techniques.
