Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Staf Operasional / Kru Pendukung Kegiatan to join our fast‑paced Food & Beverage (FnB) team. The successful candidate will work closely with our front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service delivery, accurate cash handling, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a versatile team member handling cashier duties, order taking, and basic bar service.
- Accurately process transactions, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash drawers.
- Assist waitstaff by delivering food and beverages promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow and resolve any service issues.
- Participate in routine opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks and cash register balancing.
- Provide friendly, attentive service that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and hospitality.
- Adapt quickly to peak periods, demonstrating agility and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Report any maintenance or equipment concerns to the shift supervisor for timely resolution.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
- At least 0–1 year of experience in the FnB sector; prior exposure to cash handling, waiting, or bar duties is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical skills for accurate counting and cash reconciliation.
- Excellent communication abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a busy environment.
- Willingness to be stationed at the designated branch and work the set schedule.
- Basic knowledge of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and store management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and follow established operational procedures.
