Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team in a full‑time, hybrid capacity across our Jakarta and BSD offices. This role offers a unique blend of on‑site collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing you to develop a robust portfolio while contributing to real‑world branding projects. As an integral part of our visual communications department, you will help shape the look and feel of our brand across digital and print platforms, supporting initiatives that drive engagement and reinforce our mission.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in creating logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems that reflect the company’s personality.
- Develop digital assets such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and presentation decks.
- Produce print collateral including flyers, brochures, posters, and event signage, ensuring high‑resolution output.
- Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop to maintain visual consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing fresh ideas and creative solutions for campaigns.
- Maintain organized files and version control within shared design libraries.
- Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, typography, color theory, and emerging tools to continuously improve design standards.
- Support ad‑hoc design requests and rapid‑turnaround tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skill in logo design, branding, and image editing.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual hierarchy, color balance, and typography.
- Ability to work independently on assignments while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design rationale to non‑design stakeholders.
- Time‑management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Open‑mindedness, adaptability, and a willingness to receive constructive feedback.
