Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and prospecting to locate new potential borrowers across Sidoarjo and surrounding districts.
- Engage with individuals and households to explain Amartha’s loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment expectations.
- Perform on‑site visits to assess the financial health and creditworthiness of prospective clients, gathering documentation and completing detailed application forms.
- Analyze loan applications against internal policies, risk guidelines, and regulatory requirements, preparing concise feasibility reports for the credit committee.
- Provide continuous economic coaching to existing members, helping them manage cash flow, plan investments, and improve household budgeting.
- Facilitate weekly group meetings with borrower cohorts, fostering peer learning, problem‑solving, and timely repayment behavior.
- Collaborate closely with the regional operations manager and the underwriting team to streamline the approval process and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system daily, and submit progress reports to senior management.
- Represent Amartha at community events, local business forums, and partner organization gatherings to strengthen brand awareness.
- Adhere strictly to ethical standards, ensuring no involvement in fraudulent activities and promoting transparency in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 is a plus.
- Age limit: 33 – 35 years.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Possession of a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle for field travel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- High level of integrity; must have never been involved in fraud or misconduct.
- Willingness to work flexible field hours, typically Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 19:00, with occasional weekend or overtime as needed.
- Open to deployment across any Amartha branch based on business needs.
