Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Surveyor to join our team in Tanjung, Kalimantan. This frontline position is crucial for driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective customers. As a Surveyor, you will act as the face of the company, presenting our product portfolio, facilitating credit applications, and ensuring a seamless post‑sale experience. The role offers a fast‑paced environment where initiative, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and promote the company’s range of products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs.
- Identify and secure orders from channel distribution partners, gathering initial data, verifying information, and preparing complete customer documentation for credit applications.
- Coordinate with the credit department to monitor the status of applications, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, ensuring transparency and reducing the risk of late payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, orders, and credit files in the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct field visits to assess customer sites, verify product suitability, and gather market intelligence that can be used to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, finance, and after‑sales support—to guarantee on‑time delivery and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, reporting on performance metrics, pipeline status, and emerging market trends.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and self‑directed study to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of D3 (associate degree) in any field; High school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Age: Maximum 29 years; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales or surveying role is an advantage, though fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Technical Requirements: Own vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
- Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
