Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of espresso‑based beverages, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty drinks following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) to ensure optimal performance and consistent product quality.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, answering menu questions, and offering personalized recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports with precision and honesty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by regularly cleaning workstations, sanitizing equipment, and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; assist in restocking and notifying management of low‑stock items.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members, supporting shift leaders in opening and closing procedures.
- Contribute creative ideas for seasonal drinks, promotional events, and in‑store displays to keep the menu fresh and engaging.
- Assist with basic food preparation when needed; knowledge of simple cooking techniques is considered a valuable plus.

Requirements
- Age 17 years or older; no maximum age limit.
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible weekend schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Strong creative mindset with high initiative; ability to suggest improvements and new drink ideas.
