Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso‑based beverages, including classic drinks and specialty creations such as latte art.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines, ensuring optimal performance through regular cleaning and calibration.
- Manage inventory levels, receive stock deliveries, and conduct daily checks to guarantee freshness of beans, milk, and other ingredients.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on coffee blends, brewing methods, and food pairings to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales data.
- Collaborate with team members to meet outlet targets, manage peak‑hour pressure, and ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, seasonal offerings, and emerging coffee trends.
- Assist in creating promotional displays and contribute ideas for community events or in‑store tastings.
- Uphold KopiTagram’s brand standards by presenting a clean, tidy, and attractive appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Gender: open to all.
- At least 1 year of professional barista experience; experience with latte art is a strong plus.
- Proficient in operating espresso machines, grinders, and related coffee equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent personal grooming – clean, neat, and presentable appearance.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.
- Genuine passion for coffee culture and food service.
- Willingness to work flexible shifting schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to perform under pressure while meeting outlet sales targets.
- Residence close to the outlet or within South Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Key soft skills: adaptability, effective communication, attention to detail, and customer‑focused attitude.
