Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label items according to order specifications, maintaining zero‑error shipment rates.
- Operate hand‑pallet trucks, barcode scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify product quantities, match them with order sheets, and resolve any discrepancies before dispatch.
- Apply proper packaging techniques to protect goods during transit, including cushioning, sealing, and weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free packing station, adhering to all occupational health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Participate in shift rotations, including potential overtime, to meet peak‑season demand and same‑day delivery commitments.
- Assist in training new packers, sharing best practices for speed, accuracy, and equipment handling.
- Perform routine checks on labeling and barcode systems, reporting any technical issues to the IT support team.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost‑saving initiatives within the packing department.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a high school diploma are preferred.
- Age range: 18‑35 years, with a healthy physical condition suitable for manual handling.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or e‑commerce packing environments.
- Prior work experience with major platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or logistics providers like J&T Express is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and maintain orderliness under tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork mindset, disciplined work ethic, and willingness to work shift patterns and occasional overtime.
- Physical stamina to lift moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and move quickly between stations.
- Basic knowledge of labeling, barcode scanning, and inventory management software; proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, able to follow instructions precisely and report issues promptly.
