Introduction

The Collector – Wilayah Limbangan is a pivotal role within our financial services team, focused on managing delinquent credit accounts and fostering strong relationships with our customers. Based in the vibrant Limbangan region, the successful candidate will combine a keen eye for detail with outstanding communication skills to ensure timely repayment while delivering a high level of customer service. This position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a structured yet dynamic work environment for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive collection calls and visits to customers who have fallen behind on their credit installments.
  • Maintain courteous and professional relationships with borrowers, aiming to preserve goodwill and encourage future business.
  • Schedule and perform on‑site visits, documenting each interaction and compiling comprehensive collection reports for management review.
  • Educate customers on their repayment obligations, outlining payment plans and offering guidance on financial management.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit risk and underwriting teams to update account statuses and flag high‑risk cases.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Utilize company CRM software to log communications, schedule follow‑ups, and generate analytics on collection effectiveness.
  • Identify patterns of recurring delinquency and propose process improvements to senior management.

Requirements

  • Male or female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/SL from any field; high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is also acceptable.
  • Prior experience in banking marketing, loan servicing, or collections is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C/A) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office) and familiarity with collection management systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
