Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, and affiliate networks.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools to continuously improve ROI.
- Lead content creation initiatives, working closely with copywriters, designers, and video producers to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, schedule posts, engage with the community, and monitor sentiment.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and promotional calendars.
- Oversee the marketing budget, allocate spend efficiently, and report financial performance to senior management.
- Mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and teamwork.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital trends, platform updates, and competitive activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders, recommending strategic adjustments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; SMK/D3 candidates with strong marketing background may be considered.
- Gender: Female (preference as indicated in the posting).
- Prior experience in both accounting and marketing roles is a plus and will be discussed further during interviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated honesty, diligence, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
