This role offers a competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure, with the potential to earn between IDR 3 million and 20 million per month. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate the Indodana PayLater service to walk‑in customers, highlighting its convenience and financial benefits.
- Guide customers through the registration and activation process of the Indodana mobile application, ensuring a smooth and error‑free experience.
- Explain promotional offers, key features, and usage instructions clearly and persuasively, adapting the pitch to each customer’s needs.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management, contributing to overall store performance.
- Maintain an organized and attractive promotional display, keeping all marketing materials up‑to‑date.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team, helping to refine service offerings and improve user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow sales promoters and store staff to coordinate events, product launches, and special campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies, including compliance with financial regulations and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
