Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned villages and neighborhoods, establishing rapport with women‑owned micro‑enterprises and understanding their unique challenges.
- Deliver practical workshops on simple financial management, budgeting, disciplined savings, and the importance of timely loan repayments.
- Facilitate group‑based, collateral‑free financing by coordinating loan disbursement, monitoring repayment schedules, and ensuring that all participants adhere to agreed terms.
- Act as a trusted advisor by listening attentively to client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and recommending tailored solutions such as additional training, market linkages, or product diversification.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan performance, and training outcomes using Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including credit analysts, product specialists, and senior management—to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Represent the organization at community events, local government meetings, and partner gatherings, promoting the brand’s commitment to women’s economic empowerment.
- Continuously seek feedback from beneficiaries to refine program design and enhance overall impact.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; gender alignment with program focus.
- Age between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diplomas (D3) and bachelor’s degrees (S1) are also accepted.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for social networking and community engagement.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively convey financial concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
