Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Motorist (FMCG) to join our fast‑growing consumer goods team in Cileungsi. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on direct customer interaction, enjoy managing a daily sales route, and are passionate about delivering high‑quality fast‑moving consumer products to retail outlets. As a Sales Motorist, you will be the face of the company on the ground, building strong relationships with shop owners and ensuring our product shelves are always stocked, attractive, and aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales visits to assigned stores and customers within the designated Cileungsi route, ensuring coverage of all key accounts.
  • Present and promote the full range of FMCG products, highlighting features, benefits, and current promotional offers.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with store managers, fostering trust and loyalty to the brand.
  • Monitor inventory levels at each outlet, replenish stock as needed, and report any potential stock‑out situations to the distribution center.
  • Accurately record sales transactions, update handheld devices or paper logs, and submit detailed daily sales reports to the regional supervisor.
  • Communicate new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and price changes to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ensure that product displays, signage, and shelf layouts meet corporate visual merchandising standards.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market share growth.
  • Provide feedback from the field regarding customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to support strategic planning.
  • Adhere to all safety, transportation, and company policies while on the road.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of all ages; there is no upper age limit.
