Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our fast‑growing sales force as Sales Kanvasing Area Majalaya – Artaboga. This field‑based position is based in the Majalaya region and focuses on direct‑to‑store and direct‑to‑customer sales of our consumer goods portfolio. The role offers a dynamic work environment where you will be the face of the brand, building relationships with retail partners and end‑users while driving revenue growth across your daily route.
Responsibilities
- Execute a predefined sales route each day, visiting retail outlets, small shops, and individual customers within the Majalaya and Artaboga areas.
- Introduce new product lines, explain key features, and demonstrate proper usage to encourage trial and repeat purchase.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with store owners and managers by providing exceptional service and timely support.
- Monitor inventory levels at each location, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment orders to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
- Accurately record each transaction, update sales logs, and submit daily activity reports using the company’s mobile CRM system.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, discounts, and product launches to customers, ensuring they are well‑informed of all marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that product displays, shelf layouts, and promotional materials meet the company’s visual merchandising standards.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, then relay insights to the regional sales manager for strategic planning.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team.
- Participate in regular training sessions, safety briefings, and team meetings to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero to two years of direct sales or field sales experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Quick adaptability to changing routes, product updates, and market conditions.
- Basic administrative ability: accurate record‑keeping, report writing, and use of a mobile device for data entry.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company provides daily travel allowance).
