We are seeking dynamic, motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Advisor Bancassurance (BFA) for the entire Indonesia region. Responsibilities

  • Obtain, maintain, and renew all required agency licenses and certifications in accordance with Indonesian law and regulations set by the relevant supervisory authorities.
  • Promote, market, and close sales of BRI Life insurance products—including life, health, education, and pension plans—ensuring compliance with product guidelines and underwriting criteria.
  • Adhere strictly to national legislation, the code of ethics of the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI), and BRI Life’s internal policies, both written and verbal, at all times.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for productivity and revenue, while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Uphold BRI Life’s business ethics and agency conduct standards, demonstrating professionalism consistent with industry best practices.
  • Manage the issuance of policy documents, maintain accurate filing of policy receipt acknowledgments, and ensure all sales documentation is complete and securely stored.
  • Provide clear, accurate information to prospective and existing policyholders, explaining product features, benefits, terms, and conditions.
  • Conduct thorough review of insurance applications, verify the authenticity of data submitted by applicants, and personally witness the signing of application forms.
  • Assess client needs and match appropriate insurance solutions, supporting the company’s obligation to deliver suitable products that align with the financial goals of policyholders and beneficiaries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain a disciplined, harmonious work environment, contributing to team cohesion and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous learning programs, product training sessions, and industry seminars to stay current with regulatory changes and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data and financial needs.
  • Basic understanding of life, health, education, and pension insurance concepts.
  • Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in data management and record‑keeping.
  • Knowledge of insurance law, risk assessment, and ethical standards.
  • High level of personal integrity, self‑motivation, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional field visits to client locations.
