Responsibilities
- Conduct live streaming sessions for a minimum of 7 hours daily, adhering to the schedule set by the production team.
- Present products in an appealing, clear, and persuasive manner, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Engage actively with viewers via chat, answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a lively, inclusive atmosphere.
- Guide viewers toward immediate purchase decisions by demonstrating product usage, sharing discount codes, and providing checkout assistance.
- Maintain a professional yet vibrant on‑air presence, ensuring the broadcast remains energetic, friendly, and brand‑consistent.
- Follow scripts, briefs, and campaign guidelines supplied by the marketing and content teams, while also improvising when appropriate to keep the conversation natural.
- Collaborate with the creative team to suggest improvements to content flow, visual layout, and audience interaction strategies.
- Track and report daily performance metrics such as total streaming duration, sales volume, viewer count, and basic audience insights.
- Continuously work to increase key performance indicators—including overall revenue, live viewership, and follower growth—through innovative engagement techniques.
- Participate in regular training sessions, rehearsals, and post‑live debriefs to refine hosting skills and stay current with platform updates.
Requirements
- Female candidates, age 18‑35 (productive age range), residing in Bandung and willing to work on‑site in Regol.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong on‑camera confidence and a natural, conversational speaking style.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly without sounding scripted.
- Passion for live streaming, e‑commerce, or digital marketing; prior hosting experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work a full 7‑hour live shift, Monday through Saturday (07:00‑14:00).
- High level of discipline, responsibility, and a proactive attitude toward learning new tools and techniques.
