Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Penjualan to lead our sales operations in the Barabai and Batulicin regions. This pivotal role combines hands‑on team leadership with strategic sales planning, ensuring that our market presence continues to grow while meeting and exceeding revenue targets. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in sales or marketing, proven leadership experience, and a results‑driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Sales Representatives and Merchandisers (MD) to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute localized sales strategies that align with the company’s overall growth objectives, taking into account regional market trends and competitor activity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service excellence.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and KPI dashboards to senior management, highlighting opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure optimal product availability, promotional execution, and pricing consistency.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and end‑customers, addressing concerns promptly and fostering long‑term loyalty.
  • Oversee budgeting for the sales department, control expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources, including the management of a personal vehicle for field visits.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors). Candidates with a high school diploma (SMA) and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, with a preference for candidates who have served as a Leader, Coordinator, or Team Leader.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presenting sales strategies.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid SIM C; possession of a SIM A is considered an advantage.
  • Strong orientation toward results, disciplined work habits, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a diverse team and building rapport with customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Flexibility to work standard hours (08:00 – 17:00) and adapt to occasional field visits or overtime during peak periods.
