Introduction
We are seeking dynamic and personable women to join our team as Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) for Grow cigarette products. This frontline role is essential for expanding brand visibility and driving sales across several key locations in Central Java, including Purwokerto, Purbalingga, Pemalang, and Cilacap. The successful candidate will represent a well‑established tobacco manufacturer, ensuring that our products are presented attractively, customers receive accurate information, and sales targets are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote Grow cigarette brands at retail outlets, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
- Maintain optimal product placement, ensuring that displays are tidy, fully stocked, and comply with the company’s merchandising standards.
- Engage with store managers and staff to negotiate shelf space, promotional pricing, and special offers.
- Provide customers with clear, responsible information about the product line while adhering to local tobacco advertising regulations.
- Track daily sales performance, report key metrics, and suggest improvements to increase turnover.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor intelligence and consumer feedback.
- Assist in inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely replenishment.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions on product knowledge, compliance, and effective sales techniques.
- Represent the brand professionally during promotional events, product launches, and sampling activities (where legally permitted).
- Maintain a professional appearance with proportional height and weight, and uphold a high standard of personal hygiene.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21–32 years.
- Gender: Female (as per the specific market segment requirements).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG, preferably within the tobacco or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Physical: Proportional height and weight to ensure a presentable appearance for brand representation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, friendly demeanor, and the ability to build rapport quickly with store personnel and customers.
- Personal Traits: Highly motivated, active, and able to work independently while meeting daily sales targets.
- Availability: Must be ready to start on 26 April and be willing to work the designated schedule.
