Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Guru Matematika SMP & SMA to join our dynamic teaching team at our Gading Serpong campus. This full‑time position is ideal for candidates who are dedicated to fostering mathematical understanding among early‑ and senior‑high school students, while also contributing to a collaborative, student‑centered learning environment. The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, allowing teachers to balance instructional duties with professional growth activities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for both SMP (middle school) and SMA (high school) curricula, aligning with national standards and school objectives.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies—including inquiry‑based learning, problem‑solving workshops, and technology‑enhanced activities—to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and examinations; provide timely, constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic records.
- Identify and support students who struggle with mathematical concepts, offering remedial sessions, tutoring, or referrals to specialized resources.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and curriculum planners to refine lesson plans, integrate cross‑subject projects, and ensure coherence across grade levels.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, upcoming assessments, and classroom expectations.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events such as math fairs, competitions, and extracurricular clubs.
- Incorporate digital tools (e.g., interactive whiteboards, learning management systems, and educational apps) to enhance classroom interactivity and streamline grading.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of emerging pedagogical trends, curriculum revisions, and best practices in mathematics education.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- Maximum age of 32 years; all genders are welcome to apply.
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience preferred, though fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent proficiency in English; candidates holding TOEFL or IELTS certificates are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop teaching skills (Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar) and to adapt instruction for varied learner needs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Familiarity with modern educational technology and a willingness to integrate digital resources into daily lessons.
