We are seeking a motivated Business Partner – Staff Lapangan to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, guiding them through Amartha’s loan program and articulating the benefits of partnership.
- Provide on‑site economic coaching and financial literacy support to existing members, helping households improve budgeting, savings, and repayment habits.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s credit policies, risk‑assessment procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process, including timely follow‑ups, payment reminders, and dispute resolution with borrowers.
- Maintain accurate field reports, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and relay market insights to the regional office.
- Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and government agencies to strengthen Amartha’s presence and reputation in the region.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and field techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years accepted for experienced candidates).
- All genders are welcome; female candidates are preferred to align with community outreach strategies.
- Own reliable motor vehicle for daily field visits.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and adaptability to work independently in diverse rural environments.
- Prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, or community development is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for data entry and reporting.
