Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Staf Operasional Laundry dan Pemeliharaan Kebersihan to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring that our laundry facilities run smoothly and that all areas of the premises maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing stations, ensuring optimal performance and timely completion of orders.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press a variety of textile items such as uniforms, linens, and guest garments while adhering to fabric care instructions.
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, detergents, and spare parts, and generate daily usage reports for the supervisor.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of laundry rooms, workstations, and related equipment to prevent cross‑contamination and uphold health‑safety standards.
- Inspect finished laundry for quality, addressing any defects or stains promptly and communicating issues to management.
- Assist in the overall upkeep of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, waste disposal, and ensuring restrooms and common areas remain spotless.
- Collaborate with other department members to coordinate workflow, especially during peak periods or special events.
- Identify and report maintenance needs or equipment malfunctions, supporting preventative maintenance schedules.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and participate in regular safety briefings.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, cost‑saving measures, and sustainability initiatives related to laundry operations and facility cleanliness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible.
- Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting and prolonged standing.
- Willingness to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in laundry operations or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to follow written instructions.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
