Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Staf Administrasi Perusahaan (Administrative Staff) to join our growing team. This full‑time position is open exclusively to female candidates who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent). Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a structured schedule that encourages work‑life balance. Compensation details and specific task assignments will be discussed during the interview stage.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for company documents, contracts, and employee records.
- Prepare routine correspondence, including emails, memos, and internal notices, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Assist the finance department with invoice processing, petty‑cash reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate meeting logistics: room bookings, equipment setup, and distribution of agendas and minutes.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications, directing calls and visitors to the appropriate staff members.
- Support inventory and supply management by tracking office consumables, placing orders, and maintaining stock levels.
- Update the company’s store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) with daily sales data, stock adjustments, and promotional information.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and preparing reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects, providing administrative assistance as needed.
- Uphold company policies by adhering to confidentiality, honesty, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; must not be currently enrolled in higher education.
- No age restriction; married, single, or widowed applicants are welcome.
- Strong willingness to work, with a “start from the ground up” mindset—no prior experience required.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, humility, and a collaborative spirit.
