Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Specialist Customer Service to join our fast‑growing service team dedicated to supporting Samsung customers. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through Samsung’s service procedures with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person interactions, ensuring each contact receives courteous and accurate assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve product‑related complaints, particularly for Samsung devices, by following established troubleshooting protocols.
  • Explain Samsung’s service standard operating procedures (SOP) in clear, detailed language, helping customers understand repair timelines, warranty coverage, and next steps.
  • Execute the SOP for service delivery, coordinating with technical teams, logistics, and parts suppliers to guarantee timely resolutions.
  • Maintain meticulous administrative records of all customer interactions, service requests, and follow‑up actions using our CRM system.
  • Provide bilingual support (English and Indonesian) whenever possible to serve a broader customer base.
  • Stay composed under pressure, managing high‑volume periods while maintaining a positive attitude and adherence to quality standards.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge of Samsung product lines, firmware updates, and emerging service policies.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Uphold a clean, professional appearance and work environment that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 23 years old; single status preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales promotion (SPG), or a related front‑line role.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage documentation accurately.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; active English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: polite, friendly, clean, organized, and disciplined.
  • Highly communicative and attractive personality that engages customers effectively.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while meeting service targets.
  • Professional appearance and grooming consistent with brand expectations.
  • Core competencies: communication etiquette, customer relationship management, problem‑solving, and teamwork.
