Responsibilities
The Relationship Officer will serve as the primary point of contact between BCA Finance and its external partners. Core duties include:
- Actively market and promote BCA Finance’s suite of products, such as consumer loans, micro‑finance solutions, and business credit facilities.
- Identify and develop new sales channels, expanding the branch’s network of merchants, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses to assess the creditworthiness and repayment capacity of potential borrowers.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with the marketing and risk‑assessment teams to align sales initiatives with compliance standards.
- Assist in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch manager.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in community events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility in the Cilegon region.
Requirements
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications and personal attributes:
- Minimum educational attainment: D3/D4/S1 from any field of study.
- GPA of at least 2.50 (for recent graduates).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for field work and willingness to travel within Cilegon and neighboring districts.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle.
- Residency in Cilegon or nearby areas to ensure quick response times.
- High level of personal integrity and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
