We are seeking a diligent Staff Packing and Goods Arrangement professional to join our warehouse team. This role is essential for ensuring that every order leaving our facility is securely packaged, accurately labeled, and organized for efficient delivery. Responsibilities
- Package customer orders quickly, safely, and neatly according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Affix shipping labels, receipts, and destination information accurately, ensuring readability and proper placement on each parcel.
- Organize completed packages by courier service and delivery route to streamline the loading process.
- Record or input packaging data into the warehouse management system, keeping inventory records up‑to‑date.
- Maintain a clean, orderly packing area, regularly inspecting tools, packing materials, and workstations.
- Assist with routine stock counts, picking, and replenishment tasks as needed.
- Communicate any discrepancies, damaged goods, or labeling issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Support team members during peak periods, helping to meet daily shipment targets and service level agreements.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a packing, warehouse, or logistics role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- Physical stamina to lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; able to follow instructions and provide clear updates.
- Male candidates preferred, as per the current operational requirements.
- Willingness to work under time pressure and meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Preferred skills: product availability analysis, warehouse and logistics management.
