Raja Gadai, a leading financial services and pawn‑broking company authorized by OJK, is expanding its front‑line team across its extensive network of over 400 branches in Java, Bali, and Lampung. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service & Cashier in the beautiful locations of Banyuwangi and Bali. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process pawn‑loan transactions, including evaluation of collateral, calculation of loan terms, and documentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, issue receipts, and maintain the cash register according to company policies.
- Answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries via WhatsApp or email, and provide clear information about products, rates, and repayment options.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the branch’s management system and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with branch managers and fellow team members to achieve smooth daily operations and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Promote additional services such as loan extensions, insurance products, and financial education programs.
- Adhere to compliance and security standards, including verification of customer identification documents (KTP, KK) and regular audit checks.
- Participate in regular training sessions and on‑the‑job coaching to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Assist in routine branch duties such as opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and preparation of daily reports.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 28 years.
- Gender: open to all.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated honesty, friendliness, discipline, and a high level of responsibility.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast‑paced financial environment.
- Willingness to rotate among various Raja Gadai outlets as operational needs arise.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a focus on delivering consistent customer service.
