Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and key customers, to ensure ongoing business collaboration.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of multiple product lines, tailoring pitches to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses and on‑site surveys to assess the viability and creditworthiness of potential customers.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and after‑sales teams to guarantee timely delivery and service satisfaction.
- Participate in regional marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) from any discipline.
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Male candidates only (as per current posting requirements).
- Preferably 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey product value propositions clearly.
- Highly dynamic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working under pressure to meet targets.
- Possession of a valid motorbike, a Class C driver’s license (SIM C), and willingness to travel within Mojokerto and surrounding districts.
- Strong analytical mindset for conducting customer feasibility studies and interpreting market data.
- Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
