Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our team at Adira Finance. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring timely collection of payments in a fast‑moving multifinance environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of credit processes, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track overdue loan accounts, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records in the credit management system.
  • Initiate collection activities such as phone calls, email reminders, and formal notices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate repayment plans with borrowers, balancing customer goodwill with the organization’s risk tolerance and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Credit Approval, Legal, and Customer Service departments to resolve disputes and address complex delinquency cases.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery rates for senior management review.
  • Identify patterns of default and recommend preventive measures, including adjustments to credit scoring models or borrower education programs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and adhere to all internal compliance and data‑privacy guidelines.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new collection technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; graduates from reputable institutions are encouraged to apply.
  • Male candidates, age 29 years or younger, with a maximum age limit of 30 years at the time of hiring.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or related financial services (experience is a strong advantage but fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including loan origination, credit assessment, and collection workflow.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with borrowers.
  • Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Proficiency in using credit management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willingness to work at the designated Adira branch office in accordance with the candidate’s domicile.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
