Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Kepala Cabang Operasional Banyuwangi to lead our branch operations in the dynamic region of Banyuwangi. This pivotal role combines field outreach, team leadership, and operational oversight to ensure that our financial products reach the community effectively while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and local execution, driving growth, fostering strong relationships with partners, and upholding our commitment to financial inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and lead product & company socialisation activities at the sub‑district (kecamatan) and village (desa) levels, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
- Coordinate and approve meeting schedules with partner groups, maintaining a transparent agenda and follow‑up process.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Area Officers (AO), administrative staff, and cashiers on a regular basis, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Provide daily forecasts of transaction volumes and revenue realization, aligning with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Report real‑time partner counts and financing needs to senior management, supporting data‑driven decision‑making.
- Carry out periodic field visits to all registered partner locations, verifying compliance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly branch performance reports, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review performance, address operational issues, and plan the upcoming week’s activities.
- Ensure all branch activities comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk‑management guidelines.
- Mentor and develop the branch team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; D3 is acceptable when complemented by relevant experience.
- Age: 25–35 years old, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
- Experience: At least 2 years in banking or financial services, plus a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic financial reporting tools.
- Personal Attributes: Strong leadership presence, excellent communication, disciplined, honest, and results‑oriented.
- Mobility: Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C for local travel.
- Work Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional field trips outside regular hours as needed.
