We are seeking a motivated Asisten Penjualan Ritel – Dukungan Layanan Pelanggan (Sales Junior Staff) who will act as a crucial bridge between our B2B clients and our product portfolio. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business‑to‑business (B2B) customers in the retail and distribution channels, focusing on food and pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits, phone calls, and email correspondence, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing tailored sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, analyze advertising effectiveness, and implement email marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports to senior management, highlighting market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product expansion.
- Assist customers with post‑sale service issues, coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and advanced sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) or D3 diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1‑2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels – in‑person, telephone, and email.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients and internal partners.
- High level of loyalty, dedication, and responsibility; a team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to work independently when required.
- Proficiency in using sales‑enablement tools, email marketing platforms, and basic data analysis for advertising effectiveness.
