Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Tentor Fotografi Freelance based in Kota Semarang to join our creative team. This part‑time, freelance position offers the flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, while providing aspiring photographers with hands‑on training and mentorship. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in photography with a passion for teaching, helping students—from high school enthusiasts to university graduates—master both the artistic and business aspects of the craft.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging photography workshops and one‑on‑one tutoring sessions for a diverse audience.
- Develop curriculum modules that cover camera fundamentals, lighting techniques, composition, post‑processing, and portfolio preparation.
- Provide constructive feedback on student work, guiding them to improve technical skills and creative vision.
- Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring cameras, lenses, lighting kits, and accessories are in optimal condition.
- Assist in organizing photo shoots for local events, promotional campaigns, and student projects.
- Curate and edit images using industry‑standard software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling visual content for social media and the company website.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends, new camera technology, and best practices within the photography industry.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and billing for freelance services.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Photography, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field.
