Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Operasional Gudang dan Logistik to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly, from receiving goods to dispatching orders, while also supporting cash handling responsibilities where applicable. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Manage inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse management software, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times.
- Prepare and pack outgoing orders, coordinating with the logistics team to schedule timely deliveries.
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas, implementing proper labeling and safety protocols.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cashier counter when required, ensuring accurate reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movements, discrepancies, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service departments to resolve order issues and improve fulfillment processes.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to uphold inventory accuracy.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean warehouse practices and waste reduction.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, attendance, and workplace conduct, including regular prayer observances for those who practice.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 25 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in cashier duties or warehouse operations.
- Key Skills: Strong administrative abilities, basic computer literacy, and proficiency in inventory management tools.
- Personal Traits: Hardworking, truthful, responsible, and capable of working effectively within a team.
- Residency: Must reside in Yogyakarta or be willing to relocate.
- Additional: Commitment to regular prayer (Sholat) for candidates who observe religious practices.
