Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Kelompok di Rumah – Kalinyamatan to join our growing team of education professionals. This position is based in the Kab. Jepara region and focuses on delivering high‑quality, in‑home group tutoring for students across a range of subjects. Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to small groups of learners, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and individual student needs.
- Conduct in‑home tutoring sessions from Monday to Saturday, maintaining a professional and punctual schedule (08:00 – 17:00).
- Assess student progress through informal quizzes, observations, and regular feedback, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing clear updates on performance, areas for improvement, and recommended study practices.
- Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom atmosphere, promoting patience, respect, and responsibility among all participants.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to share best practices, resources, and innovative teaching techniques.
- Participate in periodic professional development workshops to stay current with educational trends and pedagogical advancements.
- Manage and organize teaching materials, ensuring all resources are prepared and available for each session.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or a Bachelor’s degree (Sarjana) in Education or a related field.
- Residency requirement: Must be domiciled in Kab. Jepara, allowing for efficient travel to students’ homes.
- Strong teaching abilities demonstrated through clear communication, lesson planning, and effective classroom management.
- Soft‑skill attributes: patience, discipline, responsibility, and the ability to motivate diverse learners.
- Age limit: Applicants should be within a reasonable age range for the role (maximum 0 years indicated in original text; interpreted as open to all qualified candidates).
