Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with quarterly sales targets and brand positioning.
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Produce high‑quality visual and video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to showcase product benefits and seasonal promotions.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Shopping, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
- Collaborate with influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and affiliate partners to create authentic product reviews, unboxing videos, and sponsored posts.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of emerging beauty trends and consumer preferences.
- Write persuasive copy for social media captions, blog articles, email newsletters, and product listings, ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Monitor community engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation across all channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and native marketplace dashboards, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with product development and sales teams to align promotional calendars, launch new SKUs, and support seasonal sales events.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date content calendar, ensuring timely publishing of posts, stories, reels, and ads.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong interest and knowledge of the cosmetics, skincare, and beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and creative mindset.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, meet measurable targets, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proven experience (or internship) managing social media accounts for consumer brands, preferably in beauty or personal care.
- Hands‑on proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, and other e‑commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated skill in creating engaging photo and video content; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience running and optimizing digital ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
- Team player who can also operate independently, showing initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional weekend events or product launches.
- Up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
