Introduction
PT FinTech Solutions is seeking dynamic and self‑motivated individuals to join our sales team as Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC – Wilayah Kota Denpasar. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our electronic data capture (EDC) devices, helping micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Denpasar adopt modern payment solutions. The position offers a structured work schedule, competitive compensation, and the chance to grow within a fast‑moving financial technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and scheduled visits to UMKM owners, presenting the benefits of our EDC machines.
- Achieve a daily sales target of 2‑3 new EDC units, tracking progress against weekly and monthly goals.
- Perform product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and assist customers with the onboarding process.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including lead status, conversion rates, and market feedback.
- Maintain a personal sales vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fuel‑efficient, and equipped with necessary promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer‑service teams to align messaging and resolve post‑sale issues.
- Identify and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that impact electronic payment solutions.
- Utilize sales analysis tools to monitor performance, forecast demand, and propose improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders accepted; no upper age limit.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in fintech, POS, or consumer electronics.
- Active SIM C driving license and personal two‑wheel vehicle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑discipline, time‑management, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus.
